Brand new tires

I purchased brand new Carlstar ground Force tires for my backhoe. I had a friend pick them up for me in Boise. Unfortunately, I got busy and I waited 2 months to install them, only to find out they are the wrong size for my backhoe. $1,500 please pick up in Elko.
