American Staffing is currently looking for a Health & Safety Admin (MSHA Required)
Job duties to include, but not limited to
Log entries of MSHA violations including photos into SharePoint page,
Track and monitor meetings conducted and log those entries into Meetings Manager on SharePoint,
Log and assist with Audit entry into respected documentation required,
As needed, help build daily reports on MSHA/State requirements.
Inspection log entry and tracking for escapeway inspections,
Planned general inspections, etc..
Provide and pull data for cost tracking needs for bonus,
Update Physicals in Vector Solution and on SharePoint,
Training Certificates uploaded to Vector Solutions,
Vector Solutions reports,
Vector Solutions Scheduling upkeep,
Sign in sheets are on SharePoint,
Place orders for the storeroom,
Maintain the gym membership,
EMQnet room inspections and reports,
Assist with monthly ERT inspections and documentation,
Assist with Maintain ERT Gas Monitors,
possibly going out into the field, but that’s rare
